She is the co-founder of Highmarksplus real estate, an internationally recognized company founded in 2021 with a vision to make home ownership accessible and affordable for Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.

Born with a passion for learning and a drive for success, Ngozi early on made education a cornerstone of her life. She embarked on her academic journey at Delta State University, where she earned both a Diploma and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Education. Her time at the university provided her with a solid foundation in her chosen field, nurturing her intellectual curiosity and analytical abilities.

Ngozi’s professional journey is characterized by diversity and a relentless pursuit of excellence. She gained valuable experience during her time at Standard Alliance Assurance Company, where she developed a deep understanding of business operations and customer relations. Subsequently, she joined Loveworld Incorporated, where she continued to refine her skills and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success.

In 2016, Ngozi embarked on a bold entrepreneurial journey, showcasing her problem-solving prowess, marketing acumen, and an unwavering commitment to success. This venture marked a pivotal moment in her career, as she fully made her mark in the real estate industry solidifying her reputation as a determined and innovative professional.

As a co-founder at Highmarksplus Real Estate, she plays an instrumental role in driving the company’s growth and success. Her dedication to the company’s mission and her ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate industry with her over 10 years’ experience have set her apart as a true leader in her field.

Recognizing the importance of effective communication in both personal and professional spheres, she further honed her skills by undertaking a Creative Presentation & Public Speaking course at the prestigious School of Media and Communication, Pan Atlantic University, in 2023. This endeavor showcased her commitment to self-improvement and her determination to excel in all aspects of her life.

Apart from her professional pursuits, she is deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring young individuals, believing in the power of guidance and mentorship to unlock their full potential. Her dedication to empowering the next generation reflects her commitment to giving back to the community and helping others achieve their dreams.

As a Philanthropist, she started the Ngozi Ademosun Foundation to cater for the children in underserved community by providing food and shelter for them and also help tackle the several cases of abuse as well as out-of-school children within her community.
